While I primarily focus on companies with 50 to 1,000 employees, I remain open to collaborating with organizations of all sizes in various capacities.

I review your situation and offer recommendations. You implement as you see appropriate. 


This engagement is:

  • Short-term
  • Project focused
  • Exchanges data only


You will receive a Statement of Work outlining the total project cost.  


This option is best if:  You need advice and will implement on your own.


Example:  You would like to implement a job hierarchy and need ideas on where to start.

Project Contractor

I review your situation and offer recommendations.  I then implement the recommendations.


This engagement is:

  • Short-term
  • Project focused
  • May access your data environment


You will receive a Statement of Work outlining the total project cost.


This option is best if:  You prefer the work be handled by a professional.


Example:  You would like to implement a job hierarchy AND have all employees leveled.

Partner Contractor

I focus on projects and day to day operations.  I am an analyst without the full-time commitment.


This engagement is:

  • Short or long-term
  • Project and functional
  • May access your data environment


Invoiced monthly at the contracted hourly rate.


This option is best if:  You need a "in-house" total rewards partner.


Example:  You would like a dedicated expert to build solutions and handle operations.
