This quote resonates and serves as the guiding principle in my career. My objective has always been to pursue continuous learning, growth, and improvement.  Over the course of more than 20 years, I have embraced this principle by accumulating diverse experiences through both formal education and informal opportunities.  

I began my career in Compensation in 2009, following a range of roles in Financial Services and Corporate Accounting. While I have a strong affinity for numbers and analytics, I initially struggled to find the right fit within those earlier positions. When a Compensation role became available at my then-current company, I seized the opportunity and applied. From the very first day, I was captivated by the field!  

My initial experience was with a large, global manufacturing firm, where I acquired foundational skills in making recommendations, leveling jobs, managing surveys, administering merit cycles, and creating salary ranges.  After five years in this role, I advanced to an Advisor at a global Financial Services company. During this time, I expanded my expertise to include the management of the global bonus plan, due diligence and acquisitions.

After several years, I transitioned into managerial roles, where I had the opportunity to build and oversee Compensation functions.  Currently, I serve as an HR Leader, where I have broadened my experience to encompass Benefits and Total Rewards, HR Systems, Operations, Payroll, Compliance, and general HR Management.
