Consultant
I review your situation and offer recommendations. You implement as you see appropriate.
This engagement is:
- Short-term
- Project related
- Exchanges data only
You will receive a Statement of Work outlining the project cost.
Billing rate of $100 per hour, minimum of five hours.
This option is best if: You are seeking advice but will implement the advice on your own.
Example: You would like to implement a job hierarchy and need ideas on where to start.
Project Contractor
I review your situation and offer recommendations. I then implement the recommendations.
This engagement is:
- Short-term
- Project related
- May require access to your data environment
You will receive a Statement of Work outlining the project cost.
Billing rate of $100 per hour, minimum of five hours.
This option is best if: You prefer the work be handled by a professional.
Example: You would like to implement a job hierarchy AND have all employees leveled.
Partner Contractor
I focus on projects and day to day operations. I am an analyst without the full-time commitment.
This engagement is:
- Long-term
- Project and functional
- Requires access to your data environment
Invoiced on a regular cadence at the contracted hourly rate.
Billing rate of $75 per hour, weekly minimum retainer of one hour.
This option is best if: You are seeking an "in-house" total rewards partner but do not need a full-time analyst.
Example: You would like a dedicated expert to handle operations.
