This quote resonates and serves as the guiding principle in my career. My objective has always been to pursue continuous learning, growth, and improvement.  Over the course of more than 20 years, I have embraced this principle by accumulating diverse experiences through both formal education and informal opportunities.  


I began my career in compensation in 2009, following a career in corporate accounting. While I have a strong affinity for numbers and analytics, I struggled to find the right fit in accounting. When a compensation role became available at my then-current company, I seized the opportunity and applied. From the very first day, I was captivated by the field!  


Since transitioning into compensation, I’ve steadily expanded my expertise across total rewards and broader HR management. I would be excited to leverage this experience and support you in achieving your HR and total rewards goals.

Credentials

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP):  This designation is awarded by WorldatWork upon successful completion of eight exams.  I earned this designation in 2016.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR):  This designation is awarded by HRCI upon successful completion of an exam testing Human Resource Management knowledge in seven different areas of HR.  I earned this designation in 2025.  
  • Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP):  This designation is awarded by WorldatWork upon successful completion of a body of knowledge exam. I earned this designation in 2022.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP):  This designation is awarded by the Certified Equity Professional Institute at the Leavey Executive Center (Santa Clara University) upon successful completion of three comprehensive exams.  Exams focus on equity plan design, securities law and taxation and accounting for equity plans.  I earned this designation in 2023.
  • Certified Professional Accountant (CPA):  I earned the CPA designation in 2003 after successfully completing the four required exams.  I am an IL Registered CPA.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA): I completed my MBA, with a Finance concentration, in 2003 at Benedictine University.
